This blog page has been launched to promote femininity and female empowerment, and to raise visibility of Fascinating Womanhood: an international femininity movement and guide to help women make their marriage into a lifelong love affair in the bestselling book written by Helen B. Andelin.

18 Things Feminism Has Destroyed

Richard Forsyth

This article recently appeared on Buzzfeed.

When I first read it, I was amazed at how the feminist movement has been attributed to all of the allegations listed. What concerned me the most however, was the comments. Most of them were from women; our own gender who seemed to agree wholeheartedly that “I’m glad marriage is ruined, romance and love are dead” and so on. I am absolutely sure the people who made these comments are not remotely the majority. Their anger and discontent towards men surely is the product of their own unfortunate histories with the men in their lives. Still, the whole topic of feminism is becoming clearer to me. Its deepest goal is the accomplishment of all 18 of the listed articles.

At Fascinating Womanhood our goal is to strengthen marriages, families and help as many as possible find lifelong love and romance in their lives. I also find it impossible to believe that the unfortunate people who celebrated what they refer to as the collapse of these timeless sources of stability in society wouldn’t love to find the love of their lives too. Perhaps they have just lost hope. But there is still hope. Lots of it. I see women’s lives transformed by the principles of Fascinating Womanhood. Masculinity is needed more now than ever. Of course, I am not referring to abusive, toxic men. They don’t represent in any way the best of manhood.

Third wave feminism is toxic for feminine women. We have real power in being women; power that is uniquely ours and not like masculine power. Let’s be true to our gender; embrace femininity and inspire real masculinity in the men in our lives.
