Yesterday, the radio and TV personality, Glenn Beck put a poll on Twitter about the “war on women” asking what is its biggest myth?
The answer is:
It’s not men who are attacking and marginalizing us. It’s radical feminists who are waging this war against their own sex. That’s right. Women.
How are they doing this? They are looking down on women who value traditional families, women who want to raise their own children and women who are against the killing of unborn babies. They march against clear boundaries between masculinity and femininity. They support the transgender issue—which means they believe all there is to being male or female is to “feel” like one.
In short, they send a clear message to those of us who value our gender that it’s more desirable to be like men, aggressive, formidable and competitive. Real women who value their femininity, family, their children and their marriages are not acceptable; we are scorned and ridiculed.
That’s the secret. Any war on women is predominantly waged by other women.
